Pre-Training Schedule

I need to get back in shape.

so this is my pre-training 45 days get back in shape schedule.

after that, on May 1st, I start the REAL training… How exciting is that???

Oh that’s right I’m doing a marathon – my first ever!!!! – on October 17th

45 LR 5  miles + abs 5.5 miles – very hard…
44 RR 3 miles + weights 1 mile + weights – was very sore
43 Sprints @ track 10 laps 6 laps
42 4 miles + abs 4.5 miles + abs – went well 🙂
41 Off! Off indeed!
40 EP 45 BLAH! Existential Questions on purpose of EP
39 LR 6 miles + abs 7,75 miles, I Got lost 😉 no abs
38 RR 3 miles + weights 3,5 miles – stiff legs + abs
37 TM intervals 30 min + abs Verrrry sore…
36 4 miles + abs BLAH!
35 DVD 4 miles TM intervals (8.5mph-9.2mph)
UB weights + abs
34 Off! Insanity DVD – Cardio Recovery
33 EP 45 Insanity DVD – Full Cardio + EP30
32 LR 7 miles + abs too sore. TM 45 alternate run-walk
31 RR 3 miles + weights EP 22 (2-16) + abs
30 Tempo Run 3 miles LR 7,2 miles. Need new running shoes!
+ 3 miles walk.. my feet are tired 🙂

The New One

Maybe it will be a recipe. Maybe just a crabby morning, or maybe an awakening story of near-death experience while drowning in the pool. No, this has not yet happened, but I make YOU my witness that I will learn how to swim between now and this summer… More like the end of the summer! So here it is, a new blog for me… and new member of the growing Tangent community

OK so the title of my blog, “The Running Kro” is quite funny in my opinion… and here’s why:

  1. I think anyone using the 3rd person in reference to themselves (especially with a preceding THE) is either pathetic or hilarious. But I swear my Blog’s title is the only use I will have of it.
  2. My name is Kloé.I changed the “L” for a “R“.

Anyways, the point of my blog is that I’ll just share whatever I like that day… or don’t. so for now I’ll just put my “get back in shape” training schedule… because for the last 3 weeks I’ve been eating and drinking a bit (ok like way) to much, paired with minimum quantities of exercise… so my legs feel like two blocks of cement.

Last thing, I will make strange phrasings a times, just because I’m french
